As a loan officer and mortgage underwriter with a licensed mortgage banker for 10 years, I know how to help you find what your borrowing power is in looking for the right priced home, help you understand the mortage application and all the terminology and procedures that go along with getting your new home. As a REALTOR I know where to find the types of homes or properties you are looking for, provide you with home inspection information, help you find financing and insurance. I am very interested in my community and try to stay involved. I was  President of the Athens Business Association for 4 years, Secretary of the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce for 3 years, and have been a member of the Athens Rotary Club for 8 years.  I have been a member of the Board of Directors for 5 years and am currently the President of the Athens Rotary Club.
